Tanya has been the most reliable and genuine help I could have had through out my home buying process. She was always there, realistic when I needed that and timely with her skillfulness. She is clearly accomplished in her years of service. I will not hesitate to refer her to everyone I know who is looking for the best help in buying a home.

Tanya and her team are top notch. We have used them twice now... 5 years ago with the purchase our first house and again when purchasing our second, 'forever' home. My husband is a vet and they worked with us on getting us a VA loan the first time, and the second we were able to get an ODVA loan (through the state, only for vets). They hadn't used the product before but I had no idea into it was finalized! The individuals who they worked with to get the loan had rave reviews about working with Tanya and her group, and everyone worked incredibly quickly and efficiently to help us with our loan. We had a few hitches with the sale of our current home but Tanya and her team were always ready to go so we could move forward right away when things finalized. Very responsive and we could get a hold of her very easily. Tanya also helped talk us through various options regarding financing, down payments, etc, so we had all of the information and choices. I felt that she and her team truly cared about us and wanted us to get into our dream home. Thanks SO much Tanya!
