OHSU Primary Care Clinic, Gabriel Park

Physicians, nurses & PA are wonderful. Pharmacy is great too. Dealing with administrative is a whole other issue. Theres lots of inconsistency and misinformation given. It has affected the care Ive received. I dont really know where the cracks are, but theres definitely issues regarding how they handle situations. Luckily, the medical staff is amazing. I just put up with the rest of the mediocre aspects of this clinic.

I called out a front desk woman for always being rude and was threatened to be kicked out of the clinic. Those women treat everyone like garbage and when you report them you get notice that you are being forced out of the clinic. Compassion is the first rule in medicine and they have none. I have the recording to prove I did nothing wrong and they still won't help me.

This place is absolutely terrible, and I say that as an RN trying to receive care there. Disorganized communication and confused administrative staff, inconsistency of providers being available and scheduling wayyy too far out, lack of ease with video visits. We are past the health care bottle neck where everything took this long to simply communicate with your PCP. Do better.

I came in on a referral for spine care and have loved the extent of care Ive received here. Ive felt thoroughly listened to. My issue has been addressed in multiple ways, some I hadnt thought of like acupuncture, and we still have yet to see what the final decisions are. Wanted to leave a review because in my two appointments and follow up calls Ive always been impressed with how Ive been listened to and informed.
