I went in with a good understanding of what I was going through, my symptoms and the treatment I wanted to pursue. My ENT both took me seriously and validated my treatment goals, *and* took note of some other things going on in the region which she suggested could round out the treatment protocol. Everything from acid reflux to dermatitis in the face & ear area. She did some routine tests to get more specific about the problem and ended up agreeing with my assessment, *and* gave me some other options for treatments to follow up with. Plus her bedside manner was impeccable - straightforward but compassionate. I felt really respected and seen and effectively cared for!
