This place sucks. Immediate care that you have to make an appointment for? So stupid. Also they dont prescribe any kind of pain medication for any reason. So just dont waste your time with this nonsense of a place. Save your money and go somewhere else that will actually help you!

Nothing but great experiences here. I have been here for my family a few times now. Call make a appointment and typically out of here within the hour. Best urgent care experience.

TLDR: Get ready to be overcharged and jerked around. Avoid this place if you can. Went here after being told at a Zoomcare I needed imaging for some concerning abdomen pain. Called ahead to make sure they had imaging available at this location and they said yes and scheduled me in for later that day. When my appointment came, they said they don't have imaging on the weekends and I'd have to come back Monday. I was so frustrated and crushed, even moreso when Monday came around and I couldn't get an appointment no matter how long I stayed on hold. Finally got in on Tuesday when the pain had completely gone, but they assured me they'd still be able to see the source of inflammation that caused the initial pain. NOPE - they couldn't see anything in the results, wouldn't call me back, and denied my grievance claim over the four exorbitant bills I received for these two unhelpful visits. In Washington state this bill would be cut in half because of the Charity Care Law, but Oregonians have no recourse apparently. FU OHSU.

I honestly am surprised at the level of dismissiveness I received for my concern for a seemingly simple issue on my virtual visit. The NP seem to have made up her mind at the start of the visit that she was going to do the bare minimum. She saw some unrelated lab result from years ago in my chart and decided that she wasn't going to proceed, and I would have to physically come in for an appointment, the soonest of which was more than 6 hours later. I took my business to a different urgent care and they were really confused that she would refuse to treat. Thank for not only nothing, but charging me money for excessive stress.
