NW Primary Care - Happy Valley Clinic

Lindsey Robinson (health care provider) is quick to correct someones vocabulary and not show any empathy. Even when someone has not asked to pain killers/narcotics, she feels the need to jump in and let them know she cant prescribe those and why. Maybe have more compassion for people if youre in the business of health. Also, checking in for an appointment should not be a constant review of the same info. How about if it changes, you tell some one. The end. Its hard to do anything when youre feeling terrible.

Not sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is! They want you to come in 15 minutes early and put you in the room to wait over an hour with a toddler .. when you go to the front desk to ask them what the issue is and that you are getting ready to leave at this point, they just say OK! So disappointing! I understand getting behind 20-30 minutes (and have waited that in the past almost every appointment ) but over an hour and who knows how much longer would I have been waiting is just not acceptable!

I woke up this AM with mastitits simptoms. I called my pcp. Made an appointment and was offerred an option between telehealth or in person. Due to my painful symptoms i picked telehealth. The link i was send was not working and per their instructions i called the clinic. I was told that the Dr. Wanted to see me in person but i had just ran out of time for my appointment and wanted me to reschedule for tomorrow. I can't really wait with the infection in my body. This clinic has very poor customer service and the 3.3 stars is a strech to say the least. Stay clear of it! Not to mention i went here with a cyst due to pregnancy and the dr cut it to explore it and it barely stopped my bleeding before dismissing me. I should have been refered to dermatologist from the get go. While waiting to be patched up after him exploring something he admitted he didn't know what it was, i could hear the nurses in the hallway making fun of a patient that had called to request some paper work. This clinic has zero compassion!

Do not go here, my doctor is retiring and all of the staff\admins are HORRIBLE, the definition of I don't give a ****. It must be a horrible place to work for, the turnover rate must be huge. I almost never see the same staff inclduing nurses every 6 months to year. I was going to the same Dr. for 23+ years and the only reason I continued to go to NWPC. Don't walk but run to another provider.
