Andrew worked hard to provide an accurate quote before completing the job. He also educated and explained what would occur to make our bathroom area seal correctly. He followed covid safety protocols during the pre-inspection and during the jobs. He completed both of our bathrooms quickly and notified us of future areas to monitor for repair in the future. Excellent customer service, fair price, great communication and a quality job. We will definitely hire Andrew again for any grout needs!

Andrew is awesome! He is the owner operator of NW Grout Works. We needed to have some old grout removed/replaced in a shower. He finished early and under budget. Looks great! He's super nice, professional, courteous, knowldegable. Would absolutely hire him again. :)

Highly recommend! Andrew was absolutely great to work with a professional in every way. Even though our house is relatively new, we still needed major replacement work done to the original grout in our kitchen and 3 bathrooms last fall. He was truly a skilled expert at matching a complicated color scheme of our old grout and providing high quality work. We needed some additional work done this past year and we didnt hesitate calling Northwest Grout Works again. Each time Andrew was prompt, easy to work with and respectful of COVID protocols. Cant do better!
