privately owned lot by RUDE, disrespectful and greedy people. Rip off lot. Charged me $20 for 1 day??? Plus got tons of lippy attitude from the curly dark haired lady that usually is there from 9am. She sits in the booth and watching anyone who parks and boy of you parked in reserved spot - be ready to be disrespected. Get treated like you are from that neighborhood. They seem very dishonest by charging a lot for one spot with poor costumer service. Also they will pack cars in and triple park them. So you might be blocked in without even knowing it. If you are in a hurry - good luck. Attendant might be in the phone in a restroom. Then you are waiting to get your car dug out. Plus they don't take CARDs!? Only CASH and CHECKs!? What is this Stone Age? Don't understand this, why risk your employees or family members by leaving them alone with tons of cash?? Unless greedy and don't want to pay Card merchant fees. Also it's probably it can't be traced/taxed. The pricing can go from $12 to $20 in one day. This lot is the only lot by this building so people are forced to park there, and McCloud enterprises LLC knows that. Talk about legal scam, with greedy low morals. Folks beware.
