I needed a suit cleaned by the next day, for a wedding I was attending. I explained this to the shopkeeper, and she promised it would be ready next day! Everything was done when I came in less than 24 hours later (suit, jacket, and pants). Very grateful to have this local cleaner, who seems prompt and accommodating to special requests :)

My dad has used Crown Cleaners for years. I was visiting the area to send time and attend a friend's wedding. I needed to have my suit cleaned prior to the wedding. I dropped it off on Mon., planning to pick it up on Fri. in time for the wedding on Sat. Ooops! The winter storm hit Wed. night. Crown Cleaners was still locked up tight on Fri. morning when I stopped by to pick up my suit. We continued calling throughout the day. At about 2:30, the owner answered the phone: they were open! We rushed out and picked up my suit. The owner struggled out of her neighborhood (still heavily snow-covered) I'm order to be there for me to pick up my suit, knowing that I needed it for the wedding. Now THAT is commitment to your customers! Great job! Highly recommended!
