First and last time coming to this business. Bad customer service. I work just a block away and needed a dress dry cleaned for a special event. Dropped it off on Monday and was told to pick it up Wednesday after 4pm. Wednesday came and I totally forgot about the 4pm so at 10ish I went up to pick it up, I was told it wasn’t ready until after 4pm, now I understand that was my error. I glanced through the back and saw a dress that looked like mine but since the lady went back and said, “oh no, come back after 4pm” I believed her and thought it was maybe someone elses. I went back at 4pm and she pulled the exact same dress I stared at when I was there earlier that morning. Meaning my dress was ready the first time I went to pick it up. I did mention to her “Oh I believe I saw this hanging in the same spot when I came in this morning” (with a smile) she said “yes, I just forgot” (no expression what so ever). She was not friendly one bit. Will rather walk further and use another dry cleaners for next time. One positive note; they did clean my dress, which I believe it got caught on something because I noticed a loose thread but with what I experienced it is not worth complaining.

12/5 - UPDATE Men's Warehouse performed an emergency tailor of a suit that didn't fit anymore, so at least I didn't have to buy another suit. When I came back in to pick up my original I had dropped off, they took care of my ticket no charge, so I'm happy with that and will keep them considered for future use. I'M SCREWED ROYALLY - This review is to hopefully get someone's attention that works here who can help me RIGHT NOW!!! I dropped off a suit on Monday 11/28 and was told it would be available for pick-up this afternoon (11/30). I work across the street in KOIN tower and just went over at 2:30pm...sign on door said "CLOSED due to machine malfunction. Sorry for inconvenience" Well, I need that suit for TODAY!!! I fly out tomorrow at 7am, so being at airport at 5am won't work to pick up then. My ticket# is 62890 and my phone number is on the receipt so I know you guys have it AND YOU COULD HAVE CALLED EVERYONE THAT HAD PICK-UPS TODAY TO AT LEAST GIVE A CHANCE TO GET AN ALTERNATIVE LINED UP. Hopefully someone monitors this and will be able to make the situation right. PLEASE CALL the number listed on the ticket so I can get my suit TODAY! I WILL GO BACK DOWN TO THE DOOR AT 5:30 BEFORE YOU "CLOSE" @ 6 to see if anyone is there waiting for me in case you can't find my phone number. If no one is there and I'm forced to go out and buy a whole new suit should no one show up...I WILL GIVE THE RECEIPT FOR THAT UPON PICK UP OF MY ORIGINAL ITEM EXPECTING A FULL REIMBURSEMENT. I wouldn't expect you to pay for a new suit IF you'd taken proper measures to notify me, but now that's on you guy for the fail in customer service. I WILL BE POSTING A 2ND REVIEW (possibly more) TO LET EVERYONE THAT BOTHERS TO READ THESE KNOW HOW THE SITUATION WAS RESOLVED. You guys have full control at this point as to what my review will report to others as they consider your business in the future.
