Unfortunately their dry cleaning machine tore the sleeve of a very expensive dress I had worn only once. That was unfortunate but worse was the attitude of the owner, Janet, who pretty much said "too bad, so sad". They offered to cut off the sleeves as a solution then proceeded to insist I pay full charges due for my dry cleaning and thought maybe I could get Nordstrom to reimburse me for the dress. I was clearly upset and they could have at the very least apologized or offered some token $20 off given the dress was worth $1200. I have never left a review before but I had to terminate my relationship with them and I suggest you do to. Service: Organic dry cleaning

Go here if you want shrunken clothes. Like pants turned into capris. Terrible.

They were extremely sweet and efficient! I brought my wedding dress, which they cleaned up for an exceptional price (after complimenting me and my dress), alongside getting the sunscreen out of my husband's suit that I accidentally rubbed on him. Will definitely be coming back when I need more items dry cleaned!!

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I took two expensive brand new shirts there, thinking they'd do a better job than I at cleaning them, and they ended up ruining both. One shirt, they pressed incorrectly and ended up creating an imprint of one of the buttons on the front of it. The second shirt, they ended up shrinking somehow... shrinking! The owner refused to accept any accountability for anything and simply refuted that  "it's policy that we don't replace or reimburse for damaged items". She's the owner. it's a small business, not a huge corporation. Who does she need to run this by, her CFO?  She could have graciously admitted her business made a mistake and taken responsibility but she absolutely refused. If you care about your clothes, avoid this place. There are much better cleaners out there. Also, the owner is obtuse and incredibly rude. I feel bad for those who work there, they seemed to fear bringing the issue up to her...
