Very cute store! Great selection of clothes and good prices. They have jewelry and candles too :) friendly people as well.

Very poor business practices :( Twice now they have lost my consignment clothes when I came to pick them up, the second time was because I gave the new owner a second chance. So definitely get a receipt/invoice if you consign with them. They have no phone and don't respond to emails, only communicate via Instagram, really poor retail ethic.

In the consignor contract you signed (assuming you are a consigner) it states that “Gather resale is not responsible for items impaired or lost due to theft and damages”. We respond to emails at [email protected] promptly during business hours Wednesday-Sunday 12-6pm.
