It was a beauty in great condition but on our initial test drive we noticed a ticking sound. This was my first time buying from a used car dealer. I went in with some trepidation. But I had a great experience with these guys. They were very mellow and absolutely no pressure. I am very indecisive and they let me take my time and drive and redrive several cars over several days without pressuring me at all. Then, when I finally made my decision, they went out of their way to help me get it inspected, fix a couple little things and let me drive it home that same day. They specialize in rebuilt cars (which allowed me to get a car I wouldnt have been able to afford otherwise) but they are very upfront about it and will give you the cars history and even show you photos. I had a mechanic do a pre-purchase inspection and he said the repairs had been done well. He found a couple very minor issues which the dealer fixed right away. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend!

Let me say thisthey appeared to be professional and were very nice! I bought a Subaru forester from these guys and I know they have someone rebuild the cars for them. They assured me it was professionally done. At the lot after driving 6 hours to get there we noticed a strange sound when backing up but was assured everything was solid. Once we got the car home I noticed the front fender wells where the facia meet had no clips( not professionally restored) I proceeded to check the rest of the vehicle and there were many clips missing. I had to replace them. Then I decided to have the 100k service done which lead to them noticing( and it was obvious) that the head gaskets were leaking??? This was easy for me to see. Wow! These guys are not professional at all. Tried to call to talk with them and was on hold for over an hour!!! I would save you the nightmare and just dont give them your business!! I will post pics from my mechanic if he takes them as I have asked.- addendum - Alex the manager contacted me in regard to my challenges with the car and has taken on making it right! Even though we had to drive to Portland and spend time out of our work week and a hotel they did go over and above to fix the car to our satisfaction! I will give them another shot in the future as I will be in need of another truck soon! I admire anyone that can make a mistake and make it right! Good on you Alex!! You have earned my business and my friends!!
