I was there for issues concerning my Note 10 Plus. After numerous issues, and a year of struggle, I've grown to love this phone. Unfortunately it has been some years since last I had a comforting and understanding experience with my phone carrier, as I have in fact been the original user of T-Mobile service on this account although listed in my wife's name. I have two handsets on this account myself.. irregardless my point is Mr. Cody from Fresno, CA made my day and my years with T-Mobile seem much more appreciated.. very friendly, professional, competent, and so understanding that I was almost put off.. I was expecting a resistance to my request for suitable attention to my issues.. Cody not only u destroy but completely put me at ease and to his credit he said he would help andhedidjust that ... thank you Cody ,and Thank T-Mo Ile store on at Mall 205 becausei think I put this review under wrong location... Cody from Fresno will know this mention and this action ..
