image Huge waste of time driving out here for a vehicle they don't have. I even called to confirm before my 40 minute drive and made an appointment with Jacob. He had the wrong vehicle ready and made excuses about it.

image When i had arrived at Hillsboro Honda i had expected a smooth and reasonable experience that would end with me driving away in a brand new car just like in their commercials but my experience was anything but. Ola was the associate that i had first made contact with and when we met i had set specific and detailed parameters in regards to the vehicles i wanted a selection of, the first red flag that appeared happened when i was shown vehicles well outside of my price range. The vehicles were nice and clean and I was still interested in potentially getting a vehicle that was a bit more expensive but i was still hoping to see some vehicles that would be more affordable. The second happened after they had ran the credit check and still had not shown me any cheaper vehicles. After several back and forth conversations the associate in question had pestered my significant other with cosigning the vehicle despite me saying that they had nothing to do with this transaction and even after doing it several times, my patience wearing thinner and thinner they attempted to finally hunt something down within my price range and finally said they had nothing to offer me. After almost 4 hours of attempting to buy a car and my significant other being brought to the edge of tears we left annoyed and angry at the experience. After leaving and even several months later they persisted with calls and text to try and have me come back a look at more cars. I went to another dealership that was had more compassion and respect for my parameters in their little finger than hillsboro honda had in the entire company. I am extremely disappointed, disgusted and angry with this company. If i could give negative stars i would give -10/5.
