My salesman Daniel McKennie did not to a good job at explaining things and sent me back to finance without me committing to numbers. The fact that the managers let him do that says something unless he lied to them witch is different issue. My second finance experience was good except for the fact that he didn't try a sell the service contract because the service contract is a great deal, but he was quick and friendly so that's why I'm rating it two stars instead of one. And last he didn't set me up with Honda link and he didn't send me a video saying congrats and he didn't send me a email to give him a review because he knew I would rate him bad. But I do love my car though but that has nothing to do with him. I will say he did hand wash my car for me when the lot attendant was on lunch instead of just sending me on my way.

Ali was beyond exceptional on our recent trip to Tonkin Honda. From the moment we spoke on the phone, he was very caring and attentive to all of our needs. He didnt have that pushy salesman approach and it was an absolute pleasure to have him in our corner. Ali made the car buying process so easy and worry free. We will 100% do business here again.
