BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! I bought a used Jeep they gave me a battery with 3 bad cells...they half way made it right, then months later I found out that my license plates are illegal cause they never went through DEQ, I live in Portland and they knew it..they charged me all the fees for handling the tags..and I had to go to DMV and DEQ and pay again for stuff..Sales manger blew me off..Horrible customer service and they wont listen or return calls...DMV told me to file an investigation into ROSEBERG HONDA ....sales manager told me go ahead..wow just wow..

Rick VerSteeg and team did great. Took out all the worry I had of getting to the end of my lease. All set up in a car I love even more than the last now! Truly a great experience.

Got breaks fixed here paid like 600 plus and they failed 3 to 5 times after it was fixed once within a month everytime then the last time within a day of getting my breaks fixed my starter went out or thats what they guessed and idk don't work on cars just do doordash to be a good brother to my disabled brother with no hands or feet and a donated kidney feel robbed but idk just paid another 700 some where else to get them fixed

Over the course of three weeks Ive been in and out of MANY dealerships and this one felt the most honest and friendly. We worked with Hayden to purchase our 2019 Honda Odyssey. The car we purchased was in great shape, and had low miles - two things which have been hard to find. OH, and there were no additional fees for unwanted add-ons like every other dealership (clear coating and anti theft vin etching which usually totals just under $2K ).
Hayden was very kind, helpful, and working with him felt like working with a friend instead of a salesman. Lynn in the office/finance side of things was also a delight.
Overall we had a great experience here and I would recommend Roseburg Honda to anyone looking for their next car.
