So apparently nobody can put the right food in the right bag coming from somebody who also works in the fast food industry. I'm sorry it's not that hard to put the food in the right bag. I should know I've been doing it for 15 years now. And it's really convenient that nobody wants to answer the phone or the phone's just busy because they messed up.

Very rude staff who act like theyre doing you a favor by doing their job! Millennial at the front counter with super long acrylic nails and super long eyelashes who seems to care more about her cosmetics than she does helping customers! So gross why shes handling peoples food with such extremely long nails! Each time Ive came here whether its for a customers Doordash order or my own personal order, theyre extremely slow in their drive through; the line is always a mile long and the lobby is typically closed. I ordered lunch here on Saturday and asked for it to be made fresh, my food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. Dining room is super dirty,Will not be back to this location!

I just went in to this location. And there was 3 people in front of me to begin with. Nobody behind me and then after I got in there, there was about 7 people that came in after me and we waited for over 30 minutes to even have our order taken. And then when I did get to the front of the line,I still waited about 15 minutes, and I didn't even get acknowledged after that. So I left with no food after about 40 minutes of waiting.

Not real happy. Manager was super cool with her crew. But, crew was new and very unknowledgable, should not have been on register alone during lunch rush.

Two Major issues! Order at the counter, an employee came up some nuggets in his hand. Dropped two on the counter and the proceed to pick up the nuggets with his bare hands and place them back in the container and give it to a drive thru customer. Then as we ordered my husband accidentally said milkshake instead of Frosty. The girl was such a jerk and so condescending. She said we dont serve milkshakes here like seriously? She knows damn well what we meant.
