      image Used to be my favorite fast food. Ever since COVID lockdowns its become the worst. They got my order wrong the last 3 times I went and they won't give refunds, coupons, or replace the meal.

      image Usually really like this location but had a pretty appalling last visit! A friend and I went inside because the drive thru line was quite long and didn't seem to be moving. Inside, every single table was filthy and covered in crumbs. There were probably 10 people stuffed in the kitchen, and we waited probably 5 minutes at the front of the line before being able to order. As soon as I ordered, the cashier walked away - no one came back to take my friend's order, (despite me actually flagging down someone and asking if we could finish ordering so we could just sit down!) for over 10 minutes. My food was ready by the time she could order. When I asked if someone could just take her order, we were told "we have a lot of mobile orders" which is understandable, I get you are busy, but should you not prioritize customers literally waiting in front of you to order?? There were only 2 orders on the display board from what we could see, too. Had I not already ordered we would have straight up just left. We would not have minded a small wait for our food! All told we spent a full 20 minutes waiting at the counter before being able to sit down, with multiple people who came in to order after us receiving their food first. We didn't have a crazy order or anything, either, they just left our 2nd tray sitting there missing fries until the ice cream was melted. Won't be back anytime soon.
