Absolute scam. Our apartment flooded and they hired a person to come in and clean it, when I got home, my Xbox and engagement ring were missing. I KNOW I was not the first complaint and management STILL hires that crook. Not to mention, they charged us $1000 to move out for urine fees that were caused because they refused to replace the old rusted pipes which burst and flooded our floor (above incident) with sewage water. The landlord constantly violates the lease agreement, and is almost never in office during office hours. We had a serious mold problem and they took weeks to get someone out to help out. Also, we had to go 2 months without a maintenance guy because he quit after being overworked and mistreated. Please rent literally ANYWHERE ELSE! Renting here screws yourself and feeds a company that screws over Tennant's and employees.

Lived here for 4 years the ant problem is no joke as well as rising rent prices with little to no improvments to the property or security to help with the costant package thefts mail thefts and break ins

Rarely visitor parking available and you can't back into the parking spaces. Nice apartments. Fairly quiet neighborhood.

I love this place and Cambridge property management. The manager Gavin is great and there is no other better maintenance guy then the on sight. And Jeff is a lucky catch also too.
