It's been several years since I stayed at Rainbow Vista.  But I doubt that the one drawback has changed.  No professional management.  I thought having a single, non-corporate owner would be an advantage - it was in some ways. But all those forms and signatures of a corporate lease protect you as well as the corporation.While I was there two people were served with eviction notices, and a third after I left. This was not for non-payment of rent but personal differences between the owner and residents.So please think carefully before committing to long stay.  Also, the owner is a senior also - with no corporate management what happens when he wants or must retire? Are you looking for a place to spend the rest of your life? I suggest you look elsewhere.

I love it here! A terrific community of gay folk, only $595 for a studio including utilities and a one year lease, friendly and responsive management, great amenities. Come check it out for yourself.
