I love living stores and restaurants nearby. I m still living here. Dont move here the stars rating is going down. Same problem with few of reviewers. Live here for 3 years. See it for yourself. It unsafe and none are upgrade. Inside still like 1970s and not look too good, dont move here oh please or regret it. The rent is high now and none are safe. They failed Gresham City inspection not the section 8. 2nd time failed so last inspection coming on the September 7th. It needs a lot of repairs. I love this place because near store and thought I would be happy here since 1st year I get along with managers until I heard rumors a lot of negatives. Unfortunately Im unhappy here. Will move

This is not a Smoke free property as everyone who is a smoker, smokes on property. Dogs are off leash even with signs advising you to pick up after and leash them. (Because its the law) so if you have a dog that doesnt like other (big) dogs approaching it while on potty break/walkBEWARE. Same if you have a cat(s) most importantly outdoor cat(s)Be careful. You will most likely be blamed if your leashed dog or cat gets attacked by another occupant(s) unleashed dog. If you discover mold or any broken appliances after moving in, you will be blamed and held responsible for it even if it was something the prior occupant(s) attributed to. If you feed the birds or squirrels and an unleashed dog kills them, you may get blamed and possibly threatened with a fine, while the person who keeps their dog unleashed will be allowed to continue to let dog roam complex off-leash during day and at night. Also fridge was broken for a while and was told to go out and buy an extended outlet cord to plug the fridge in from another outlet that was working by sink which led us to having a cord across our kitchen for a month or two that we had to avoid tripping over until the outlet for the fridge started working againTalk about fire hazard. And back to the whole smoking policyIf you live above people who smoke in their bathrooms and on their back porch, your place will smell like a casino constantly and theres no escaping it. Managers wont do anything about it, most likely due to them being smokers themselves. They smoke on the property as well but I was told the past few managers smoked on property as wellmight as well just make it a property people can smoke on instead of misleading people who want a smoke free environment for themselves or their children. Overall if none of these things bother you then this place is a decent place to live price wise and and there are some good perks like living close to stores and a bus stop I guess. Good luck.

The only good thing is that rent is on the cheaper side, but the units are in terrible condition. The managers are lazy and do not care about the property or the tenants residing there. Upon moving in, I realized the fridge was broken. I called them to report this and one of the managers came out right away, however, he did not really fix the fridge. He used an extension cord to plug the fridge into another outlet, which is a fire hazard. It was supposed to be temporary fix. Two days later, nothing. So I submitted a work order through the website and immediately got a call. I was told by the manager not to submit work orders online because their boss gets mad at them. Super shady. I told her that the plugging the fridge into an extension cord is a fire hazard and she had the audacity to tell me it was not. Another incident that occurred was when I discovered black mold underneath the toilet. At this point, I had only lived there for about two weeks. The manager blamed the mold on me and said it was normal, but there was no way that amount of mold grew during the two weeks I lived there. I would not recommend living here at all.
