Gresham Central Apartments

We love our neighbors and overall feel safe... On the other hand, I wanted to give one or two stars with them letting Ryan go. He was the best manager/maintenance person they've had in years-- and he had GREAT customer service and was very welcoming and friendly no matter how busy his day.

These apartment were fine to live in as long as you needed no assistance for anyone. Repeated issues w/. Disrespectful neighbors & so many issues w/. My kids not being allowed to play outside. Then to top it off THE RUMORS ARE TRUE! When you move out they scam you & say they need to replace your carpet! They did not even carpet clean it! Looked at it & said replace it. Then you ask for proof & 2 weeks later it is provided where there are NO pictures of your carpet only the invoice showing the installation for the carpet ONLY in the living room $400+! It is ridiculous! These are not luxury apartments & they fact they are scamming every person for new carpet every time is so ridiculous! Happy to be out of there, not happy to be dealing w/. This carpet issue!

They will scam you out of your deposit and more in the middle of a crisis. Moved out when covid first hit and everything went down the drain. These people charged us for 1200$+ carpet replacement? We always paid rent on time and they made sure to suck us dry when we left. Really sketchy and scummy.
