Absolute nightmare of a bank to deal with. I have had so many terrible, unnecessary issues with them at all branches, too many to list. I was on a wildfire in California declared a state emergency, while i was out my account went $9.99 negative, i was gone for 12 days and came back to $288 dollars in fees that no one could help me with taking not even one of the reoccurring fees off. When i finally talked to the branch manager in person she assured me there was atleast something they could do, do to the circumstances and said she would call back that day..... Well she never called, that is just one of the ridiculous encounters i have had. Stay away from a bank and join a coommunity credit union, there is a reason why there building are a ghost ttown with very few customers in them.
