Massage Envy - Bend - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I am in total agreement with Lisa Foster same experience. Samantha from the Eugene Office is the “contact” for Bend problems. They have changed Bend location hours so that working people can’t get in at all, closed weekends and 6 on weekdays. If you do get an appointment they cancel it. They will not refund fees even if it’s their fault you can’t use them. Canceling requires you to use credits in a certain amount of time but you can’t get in. KTVZ needs to do a story. Class action anyone?!

I have been a member of Massage Envy for 10 years. All years were great until the year Tawny left as manager. They had dozens of therapists then. Since she left it has gone downhill. They have lost all their therapists and now aren’t even open. I was scheduled for 1 1/2 hr appt this morn. No one showed. Doors locked. I waited 1/2nhr. I had heard that the owner of this spa closed his, I believe, Eugene store. Figures that this one would also close. But do you think he’d quit taking our monthly pmts - NO. I also tried making an appt in Beaverton. They also couldn’t schedule me and my time was pretty open. I really believe that this whole concept of Massage Envy is going to slowly go away. Sad and maddening.

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MASSAGE ENVY-SCAM SCAM SCAM. Been over a month since my last review...Nothing has changed. Still charging my credit card without being able to schedule a session with a massage therapists. They are completely full through the end of March. ME told me to put my account on hold-but then I cannot use the credits that they have charged me. Massage Envys last respone was to 'use one of the other 1000 locations in the United States'... refund my money since you cannot perform the service you agreed upon through our contract.

I have had a membership at massage Envy for 5 years now. I have a back injury so I get a deep tissue massages often. I did every week for years and now every other week. I live in Bend in the summer and just called to make my appointments. I was told they have No ONE until the end of July that can do deep tissue. Seriuosly, that is a month away!! Apparently they only have 5 therapist . How is this possible ? Highly disappointed and will probably cancel my membership if things do not change.
