This place is the worst experience I've ever had with car insurance. The stress of quarantine in 2020 was WAY less than the stress this place gave me. I should have known from the very beginning. All I wanted was basic car insurance and absolutely needed to have roadside. I stated this numerous times and Wendie even verbally said she made sure I had it on there. Days later I get confirmation which was delayed because for some reason my payment wasn't being accepted. I even had to go in to the office physically to give her my card number which was inconvenient. Finally it all goes through and I find out the roadside wasn't added. I had to call back to ask what happened and she said she had to cancel my current policy to add it back on? After that messup my rate went UP - I was originally locked in for monthly payments of like $94 or something and then after that I had to start paying $114?? I thought this was not a fault of my own so how can they actually make a decision that will affect my car insurance from now on?? THEN when I actually needed a new tire I call and they say "well your roadside doesn't cover that" -- WHAT TYPE DOES?! Because that's alllll I have asked for from the start! I changed my own tire which is fine but the part that was wild was that they made me pay like three dollars extra for some SEPARATE roadside insurance??? But it continues.. I tried to pay early one month and they took out a second payment that month anyway but when I called to see what was going on they say "well it all goes to your premium anyway." Sure makes sense but I'm not made of money this year so they were extremely unhelpful. Also Chris Wall is seriously condescending. I expressed how unhappy I've been with everything going on and he tries to correct me and say my rate went up because MY payment failed? Pretty sure it was because Wendie was so incredibly incompetent. But also he says that he just does his job to a degree that satisfies all costumers. How can you actually be gaslighting a customer right now?? I even asked him to cancel my insurance when it was set to expire and he told me it was successful but I got an email like two weeks later asking for payment so I called just in case and found out it had NOT been cancelled!! Lol. Bottom line the worst six months of my 2020 spent right here. Get car insurance anywhere but this office.

BEWARE - SCAM PLACE...... Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I had the opportunity to give negative 10 stars, I would have given that. The worst experience of my life with this company and with this agent for insurance. The biggest frustration was the switch and bait done with me under time pressure. I was given a quote of $1620 for home insurance. Then all of a sudden on the day of finalizing insurance I was charge $1861. It was the day of closing so I had to sign. I was given a verbal promise to refund the additional $241 back. I have requested that so many times and now I am not getting an answer to my query. Never ever sign up for this agency for any kind of insurance. I am temporarily stuck with them until I can get a better insurance company and agent that is reliable to work with. They messed up the paper work and it took more than 10 follow ups to get that fixed.
