This guy hit my dog and I with his car. We had the walk light and he was looking left, but didn’t look right before hitting the gas. He waited at least 10 seconds to get out and check on us, then tried to say that we didn’t have the light. He wouldn’t give me his info and said that I didn’t have a claim. He told me to Google him and that he has an Allstate office, as if those bonafides would scare me from making a claim. He then told me that it would affect my insurance, even though I was a pedestrian. I had to call the cops until he finally gave my his insurance info. Makes me wonder how he would be professionally if this was his response outside of the office.

AllState as a whole is overpriced and unprofessional. I have been with this company for more than two years and have yet to see my Insurance go down despite a spotless driving record and a very safe vehicle. A quote from their competitors reduced my monthly Auto Insurance cost by 50%. My AllState Agent takes far too long to respond to emails and voicemails. I will do my best to never have to be an AllState customer in the future.

Worst experience i have ever had with an insurance company. A comedy of mistakes, errors and incorrect information. Completely incompetent and their mistakes have cost me more money than my annual premium. Protect yourself and go to a different agent.
