Farmers Insurance - Curtis Totsky

I have had great insurance coverage with Curtis Totsky for over a decade. He has always made himself available to help me when I've had any kind of issue, this extends to him answering the phone when I've called his personal number from the scene of an accident. Curtis also found me excellent rates on business and renters insurance. Regardless of my complicated driving record, Curtis has always done his very best to keep my family, my business, my home and myself safe and insured. I will never go anywhere else. Curtis Totsky is the best insurance broker in the State of Oregon.

I didn't have a good experience with this agent. He doesn't deserve any star to be honest. In our meeting, he claimed himself as one of the top ten agents in Oregon/Portland (I forgot which area he told me). I felt lucky at that time that I should be able to get excellent, responsive and knowledgeable help from this guy. He kept on talking about insurance products, without any second slow down for me to understand what he talked about. I felt he might be in hurry or a fast talker. After i finished the medical exam, I didn't hear anything from him since then. It has been two months till now, no even single word I could hear back from him about the quote. I also shot them email about the status of my insurance quote. I guess they are too busy with kissing rich people's butts. No time can be spent on taking care of other people's insurance policies. I would like to have a responsive and responsible agent to handle my insurance instead of a pushy on selling products but then turn to be silent when you need help. Really no idea why he could claim himself as one of top ten agents. Mystery.
