They can't get any thing right. My daughters wedding is Dec 12 today is the 11th of Dec. All the guys picked up their suits and the look terrible I get to steam them all. To expensive for crappy quality

Funny story. Went in and the there seemed to be no one inside so we said hello and made some noise, still nothing so I looked around the corner and there was a lady sitting watching tv in the back room. So I made some more noise and nothing, about that time the manager arrived from running an errand and she said has no one helped you? We said no and she went into the back room and asked the lady why she wasn't helping us and she said I'm on break and that she wasn't moving. Lol

We would like to discourage absolutely everyone from using Al's Formal Wear on 41st in Tulsa. Jennifer so extremely rude! only 1 out of 3 workers were nice and had any mannors whatsoever. Christy was the best most helpful worker. The only nice person who seemed to care about our business. All the others, especially the manager, made us feel like we were not important nor that our business was welcome. 3 days before the wedding, all of the men drove to 41st to try on tuxes for the first time. They were very rude to our handicap groomsmen when he arrived by himself before everyone else. The groom's tux was too small. They lost the best man's measurements and, instead, combined the best man's measurements and the groomsmen's in their computer and ordered two of the same size, which were 2 sizes too small for either one of them!!! And our other groomsmen's pants were way too long. So, they took new measurements to redo all the mistakes just 3 days before our wedding. My fiance had to drive back 3 times within the next 2 days to make sure all of the tuxes fit, taking 3 days off of work total. When the wedding day arrived and the tuxes were picked up, we were missing socks and hankerchefs for one of our groomsmen. Groom was missing his cufflinks and his buttons were falling off of his jacket!! We are so disappointed in their customer service. They paid no attention to detail. The only employee that made any difference was Christy who stayed after her shift ended to ensure our orders were taken care of properly. I doubt we would have had any fitting tuxes the day of our wedding had she not. The 41st Al's Formal Wear is THE WORST place in Tulsa to rent from. WARNING: DO NOT GO THERE! If you want anything to come out right.
