        Jared from the Tulsa office continues to give superlative customer service. He is GREAT! Tom James clothes are exceptionally well made and the fit is unmatched. While retirement has reduced my need for fine clothing it's comforting to know that Jared and Tom James are still there for me when needed.

        They don't even deserve one star. What a complete disaster. I had originally planned to order several suits, but I am so glad I didn't. My April order is still "in production" and they charged me the full amount without my authorization. I have asked for a credit/refund until delivery and a delivery date, but they deflect and do not address the issues. Do Not Use This Company!
