This place is unbelievable. Do not go here, we scheduled a wedding dress appointment a week in advance and nobody was even here to open the store. Nobody called to let us know they wouldnt be here before making the 2 hour drive over. -10 out of 10 rating.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My little sister had an appointment this last Saturday and we get there only to find the doors locked and the lights out. There was NO ONE HOME. #thumbsdown

This place is the worst place in Oklahoma that you could go to for a bridal experience. They are not organized, and do not have a lof of in store selection to try on, especially if you're above a size 16. Abelina's lacks customer care and support, and they have been known to "ghost" customers even after their wedding dress is paid for. The owner/person who works at the front (Christine?/Christina?) is very, very strange and acts like she's on something most of the time. I had the worst time just coming in to look at their dresses and I quickly realized that I was not welcome at all and I was ignored getting one word responses or just no response at all. This was a very strange experience overall, and I was embarrassed to bring my family and friends here. I'd highly recommend you go anywhere else but here, there are a lot of good shops around the Tulsa/BA/Bixby area and even in OKC where you can have a pleasant and accommodating experience unlike this weird place.

If I could rate this a zero I would. My baby sister had an appointment Saturday (May 14th 2022) to find her a wedding dress. Not only was it scheduled, it was confirmed by phone. We were all there and the business was closed! Couldn't get ahold of ANYONE by phone the entire day! Still never received a call to explain or apologize! We waited to see if maybe they might have hit traffic and NOTHING! No call, no show---to make it worse we asked the business next door and they said we weren't the only ones who mentioned this same issue that day let alone in recent years. This is suppose to be an important event and big day for many yet this was just unprofessional and inexcusable all around. We are all grateful for it though...because had this happened later down the line when needing to pick up the dress let's say after alterations---total nightmare I imagine. I feel for any bride trying to get ahold of anyone at this location. THANKFUL for ELLIS BRIDAL for not only accommodating my baby sister on her special day but us all. She found the PERFECT wedding dress and had the BEST experience---we all did! It was meant to happen. We wouldn't have had this type of experience here!
