Budget went above and beyond in regards to Excellent Customer Service. The agent waited 2.5 hours after closing time when our flight was delayed.

!!!!!Please read before using their service!!!!! If I could give 0 starts I would. I was charged $734 for no reason after the car was returned. I tried to call them seeing what went wrong and after multiple times being denied on their phone lines, I was finally able to get in contact with a human and no one could give me an answer as to why they took that much money, considering the total charge was only $501. They also charged a $233 charge on top of it for another reason they could not explain to me. I was only able to talk to their supervisor after I said I would have a legal team calling to get some answers. I highly recommend you go with a different company unless you want to get scammed out of your money.

I rented a car from this location last week. As part of my job I have to take customers out to dinner or colleagues around. The car smelled like it had been smoked in. I didn't notice it until after it rained.
