        The associate was helpful and friendly, but the vehicles were in awful shape. There was quite a bit of damage, inside and out, the vehicle was outdated (pre-2012 base model), and the engine was struggling. I immediately returned the vehicle and was issued a total refund. Regardless of the lower price and decent customer service, I would suggest seeking a rental vehicle elsewhere.

        I returned a rental car on 12/31/22 & left my wallet inside the car . Upon looking for my wallet I back tracked up to the the Avis rental establishment in Lawton Oklahoma & the clerk found my wallet inside the car & returned it untouched. The ladies name was Tiffany & I want Avis Rental Car administration to know I appreciate her honesty & integrity. It was displayed how she value her job, Avis as a company to work for, & her integrity as a person.
