I received a call from Darryl, the owner, who was very rude and unprofessional. Was very disgruntled and argumentative once I brought up the past reviews this company had. He did not handle the phone call well, was very confrontational, and I highly DO NOT recommend using this company solely due to the owners lack of professionalism. When I called to have someone come out, the receptionist, Erica, also was unprofessional and portrayed her anger through the phone call in regards to the previous reviews I mentioned. My experience with the technician, Juan, was great and he was professional, unlike the previous review stated. Service: Boiler installation

Great experience with this company and the technician, Juan. They fit us in within hours of our initial call on a Friday afternoon, checked and then replaced our hot water heater. Price was well under what we were quoted from another company and they were able to schedule us faster. Would definitely use again!

We have used this company twice. Both times they were professional, and the price was great. In fact we had multiple quotes and both times they were the best value. Our most recent technician was Juan, and he was very professional and timely. He called to let us know he was on the way and completed the job quickly and competently. Thanks Juan! I saw another review which I hope your company doesn't take too seriously. It seems as though maybe that reviewer had some prejudicial thoughts influencing their review of your services. I was not satisfied by the technicians services, My grandparents needed to have a heater installed and had problems with getting it to work later after the technician left. I believe the technician was Juan, he did not take our concerns into consideration and very rude and unprofessional in general. I called back and no one answered. Technician Juan and overall service was very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. He should be fired!!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬That minority doesn’t deserve the job he has, mexicans taking all our jobs 🤬 Service: Boiler installation
