We've been waiting for this company to come out for over a week to look at our AC. The company Island Property Solutions had neglected to contact us after an appt confirmation was sent to us by our home warranty company.

Been waiting at home for them to come take a look at my fridge since 2:30pm for a 3:00pm to 8:00pm service call, its now 7:15pm and they haven't even called to say their on their way. I called the number on their websight and It says the number has been changed. Definitely not off to a good start. Also if you at their review from a legitimate source other than their own website, they are a 1.8 out of 5.0. Mostly for no shows and no call backs. Will update later either a better rating or even a worse one depending on how the next 40 minutes go.

This company was supposed to show at my house between 12-4. It is now well after 4 and I haven’t heard from anyone. I should have read the reviews first before letting my home warranty company schedule them. Lesson learned with this (lack of) company!

I’d give less than one if I could. They were assigned to me by home warranty fir pool heater. Horrible communication and response. Missed several appointments no phone calls just excuses I had to call another contractor and pay double stay away!!!!
