        I come to this Starbucks regularly and usually it is great! However, today I was ordering a crme frappe and when I tasted it they had made it with the espresso, I asked the lady there and she said I had ordered it regular ( I honestly cant remember wether I did or not) I asked if I could throw it away and she make a new one without and she refused. Honestly I was a little disappointed because I thought they had a satisfaction guarantee policy I guess I was wrong. I ended up spending around $12 for a drink. Although I will say there service was fast even when it was busier so props to them on that!!!
