The girl taking orders was being extremely rude to the women in front of me. I understand if she was stressed (because the other barista was just sitting at a table and eating...while a 7 person line formed behind me, not helping with orders or drinks) but that's no reason to act so rude and not offer to help a customer with their problem. I just walked away and decided I'll go to the Dutch Bros around the corner.

Can't even take a simple order here. Have to wait 30 mins to get part of an order to turn around and get the rest. None of the people working there know what they are doing including management. Chai tea that i ordered, had to dump out due to it being made incorrecrtly. But I got a cake pop for my time wasted. Edit: had to literally turn around from heading back to stillwater, due to being given a literal cup of cream. No coffee. And a cold sandwich. Not even busy, so no reason for the lack of care and quality in their orders. Even if they were busy, still not an excuse.

Girl was rude about making a frozen Frappuccino drink, just cause it's close to closing!!
