      image Come here often. Usually no problems. I get the same thing. A drink on the menu, nothing special but I add sweet FOAM on the top. Politely told them they missed the sweet cream foam on the top. Instead the put a splash of sweet cream in it. They tried to fix it. They did not and made my entire coffee sweet cream and said nothing when handing it back. These drinks are exspensive. So yes I will be sending them back when not made correctly. It is fine to make a mistake. Just fix it correctly and be polite about your mistake. Not hard and nothing to be embarrassed or rude about.
