    Saw a car on their website for 3,800. Called to check availability and schedule a test drive for the next day. When I called the next day to double check everything I discover that the car has been repriced to 10,000! The salesman couldn't offer up a decent excuse as to why I was promised one price one day only to be price hiked the next.

    If I could give negative stars I would! Customer Service is absolutely horrible. I'd avoid this dealership at all cost if possible. I've been dealing with them since January about a recall on my door. I called and scheduled an appointment for January, they called and said the part wasn't in and we needed to reschedule. Great, rescheduled for February. Called the week before to make sure they had the part because we live over an hour away. They had it and said see you next week. My husband goes up there for the scheduled appointment, sits there almost all day and they say sorry we don't have the parts!!! Service Department says to call back in a week and reschedule and the parts should be in. Call back and they tell me they get schedule recalls because of a buyout. Called back a month later they tell me to try April 18th they should be able to do recalls by then. I called today to schedule my recall the guy that answered in service department was rude, raised his voice at me and then hung up on me. I was trying to explain why I was so upset. I called back to the front office and asked to speak to a manager and they placed me on hold and no one ever picked up!
