I literally come here everyday sometimes 2 times. This am. The guy made my venti drink and it was only the size of a grande i opened it and poured it into a grande cup yet i was charged 7 dollars which is almost a dollar more than regular starbucks. And then he could not give me a refund cuz i didnt have a receipt he never offered me.
Im so disappointed........

Ella as a Starbucks barista, giving me attitude after making my order wrong. Very unprofessional and rude. Never have that experience before at Starbucks. Eventually I cancel my order and get refund back. Such a terrible barista I have never met.

I was overcharged for my order, my usually order would not be more than $16 for two venti size cups but was charged more than that. I asked for a receipt and they didnt give me it at all. Not only that, they had messed up the order anyways.
