      image A couple weeks ago I came into this Verizon store hoping to buy a phone as a new customer. The store was clean and TJ was the representative who helped me and he was awesome! It took over 30 minutes to clear up some issues with my original credit application I started online but TJ was motivated and had good spirits through the entire process. He was patient with support and helped me out tremendously with a trade in for the new Samasung Galaxy S24 Ultra! I ended up being able to buy the phone I wanted and was very pleased with the customer service Thanks again TJ for helping me out!!
