This is the worst service I've ever had. Very disappointed.

I had metro and I hated it. The phone I got had problems and could get them to fix it with out them wanting me to pay money when it should had be covered since I had Insurance on the phone. So I took my old phone from cricket and switched it over to metro so I had a working phone well in the long run was a bad idea. Now my phone that I have on my boyfriends account through boost is messed up I tried to use my old one again and can’t...why... because now metro has locked it on me. It’s not right since the phone was not purchased and or bought through them the phone was bought through cricket and now metro will not unlock my phone

I was overcharged 700 dollars and the issue was caught during the same visit. Very non-chalant "it will be returned to your account in 4 to 5 buisness days" . It took an override and a void to he assured the money would be back in my account at the end of the day. 4 days later and it's still not there. Very poor customer service by Amabell.
