Lydell and Wesley freaking rock! My phone died on me and they spent probably two hours getting it right and working again. I cant say enough about their knowledge and professionalism and courtesy- way up and above the call in a major way! Good sales staff too! Before I left I took the 5G internet service and assure you that anything I need in the future or friends need , Ill be sending them to the Xenia store. Give these guys a raise, people, its well deserved!

0 stars......After 21 years with T-Mobil and always on time with payments, T- Mobil provided absolutely poor customer cervice in regard to an issue where they charged me $306 for outdated 9 year old signal booster that was lost years ago in a military move. Hours of my time with customer service, incorrect information on their part and rude management resulted in $106 credit. I am so offended and dissappointed. No real customer care. A 9 year old signal boosted is probably $20 on ebay. They said once I accepted $100, they cannot adhust it and will axpect the $200 payment. I will be looking into a new plan with another cell phone company. I would not recommend T-Mobil to anyone.
