DO NOT MOVE HERE I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE …. This apartment complex is terrible I don’t know where to even start ! It’s disgusting here . Your packages get stolen , Laundry room by trash room which is always NASTY ! Bug infestation and management does NOTHING . Don’t get me started on the noise upstairs ! We moved February 1 and been complaining since February 7 2021. Non stop noise it sounds like they are in a bouncy house . Loud slams , bang noise that is totally unacceptable for this expensive apartment ! Our company complains how loud it is sounds like they are upstairs jumping off beds slamming doors it sound like they are dropping bowling balls It wakes up me my boyfriend and my 5 month old baby constantly day and night !!!! I’m tired ! We have emails of back and forth of complaining the noise . We have recordings and police reports we have called police and courtesy patrol AS TOLD BY MANAGEMENT to do so many times we have done everything and management still doesn’t care . They tell us it’s regular noise and they can’t do anything but to tell Us to leave. We will be going to court we are leaving and I wouldn’t recommend this place to NO ONE .

I had to break my lease a immediately after signing it and move back home to another state due to unforseen circumstances. I was on constant contact with management and the main office and they assured me that I was fine and there would be no problem in breaking the lease. Come to find out that it has effected my credit and they are trying to say I owe them for several months rent. I will be contacting my attorney about this. I was a perfect tenant for the 3 years I lived there, and when I left I made sure to clean so that the apartment looked like new. For them to treat respectful customers like this is ridiculous.

Bug infestations, apartment falls apart as you move in, all along being told by the leasing agent that the apartment is in “great shape” and that she couldn’t see “anything problematic.” Well, she convinced me, and the scam of signing this lease ensued. We’ve had to call about countless issues, only for patch-fixes to be made, requests to be denied, and being told that there’s “nothing *management* can do to help” in situations where I asked about anything regarding rent reduction, getting out of the lease, etc.
Overall, what a waste of time and money. I regret every moment leading up to signing the lease. Can’t wait to get out of it and move on to better living situations. Management is unhelpful, units look good at first glance, but are poorly maintained, and generally overpriced. Save your money!

Great place to live. I had a great experience. Highly recommend! It’s close to shopping malls and the building has everything you need! Very well maintained and everyone is great to work with. Kelly in the leasing office is so polite and professional she made moving very smooth. Rebecca and Connie are also extremely friendly and professional! If I ever needed something they were able to help right away. Maintenance Service is resolved quick and easy. I’ll be moving out the building into a home but I will miss living here 💜

The Place smelled horrible and if you call them you probably are talking to someone in California who probably never has seen the apartment. Too overpriced for me and customer service was horrible
