Really bad experience overall tried my best to just ignore everything. Hallways dirty sometimes and in lobby, always smells like weed. Washers and dryers break often as well as the elevators. Also didnt get my $500 security deposit back after cleaning the apartment and left watch out people.

I live here just dont move in. Only one elevator works at all times and the washers and dryers are always busted. Really thinking about holding my rent until the washer and dryer issue is fixed

Hello! if anybody is thinking of moving here please don't.
We only moved here because even though the apartment is much better compared to this we could not afford a $200 raise at once.
within a wk of moving we found mice,not just one.so the did come and use some traps and give me some tips about how to avoid rats in the first place.the mice problem continued and then suddenly we saw cockroaches and the exterminator came and told me not to buy groceries on any specialty stores but I have been shopping at these all my life and never had problem.then I used a hack a friend told me and now we have no roaches.
it's been 3 years since we moved and the refrigerator does not work.the food gets spoiled very quickly and quite I threw out the stuff.us everything freezes constantly.so we bought our own fridge and that solved the problem.
their laundromat had perfect front loaders and we need to use a loaded laundry card .
sometimes when you load the card for $30 or so after a was dry cycle the card does not work and you get an error message.
so when you ask for refund they give you hell .I was promised a refund of $25 and never got it.
and lately I don't have hot water for at least a week or more.I cancelled Dr's appts because I can't use the shower.
now they are telling me that they can't give me a timeframe as to when the problem will be fixed.
when I leave a post on a to any tenant the management deleted it because because of bad reputation.
so think as many times as you can before you choose this place
I am definitely moving out of here and I have no problems finding a decent place.
