    Very rude , inhumane , greedy , cunning , especially the maintenance department. Especially the lady manager Chris dont listen , and very impolite , does not listen to even her own technicians, and blames it on the tenant every time. This is not only my experience its same across the community . The electric stove was short circuited we see sparks and manager said if it heats up with , sparking is no concern. The machine thats used to suck out the drain had pest and bugs , when we asked about it she had simply put the blame on the tenant. Definitely not good in terms of maintenance , please go to other good communities if affordable , this is more of a trap.

    The islander is nice, clean, cost is fair, quiet. Well it would be quiet if the islander would actually take action against the people that live upstairs that I've complained about for a year now. But the abusive mother upstairs never answers the phone or anything. So nothing ever gets done and we gotta listen to the abuse that goes on upstairs. Maybe they'll do something now. I'm not getting involved with the authorities

    Definitely not an apartment for anyones choice! Once you get in you are trapped. Beware !!! The lady who is part of maintenance is impolite. Whatever the concern might be, she doesnt have time to listen! Extremely rude! We signed for renewal upon agreement that the carpet & painting will be done (after using the same for 5 years) after renewing, then we got to know that the painter is on medical leave. Carpet can be changed only after painting. But not sure when the painter would come back. This is the story since Nov22 till March first week (today). I m sure this would be story for next 3 months as well. I really wonder whether the entire apartment complex relying on one painter whose arrival is indefinite. More than the service, I m upset on the way they respond!! Also to mention the leasing office folks are good! 12/19: Another worst experience, they started doing maintenance activity weeks ago (changing the floor in one of the apartments) This is seriously disturbing. Extremely noisy during morning hours, its noisy to the extent that we cant hear someone talking to us. When I asked when this work would be completed, Chris & Chris( manager) from Islander management had no response & just said until they finish. They didnt even give me a tentative completion date. I hear the noise since 12/7, that is when they broke my ceiling & then I complained as my bathroom started to leak because of the maintenance activity. That is still not fixed. Never think of living in this apartment not cos of amenities but cos of the ppl who manages it.

    Not HORRIBLE, BUT walls are thin, and hard to sleep because the sound of my neighbor snoring over-powers even music, I'm using to try to drown it out. And apartment had a smoker before we got it and it was very dirty in every light switch and other nooks and cranies, and blinds were stained. But besides peaceful, quiet sleeps being rare, and having to deep clean for a couple days, it's not bad. People are nice
