Had an appointment @ 2:30 to have my air looked at. I explained everything to the person writing the ticket and ask him roughly how long and he said about 1hr to 11/2 hours. Never received a call, so I showed up after 2 hours and the Honda is still sitting on line. He said its been a hectic day, and I assume that he didnt have time to call. No - they never looked at my car. And they closed in an hour. He asked we can try to look at it and I said no. Was never happy with the previous owners but now this place is a joke. Very poor ran operation. Will never step back into this Honda dealership again.

I bought a 2014 jetta from here exactly a month ago. My sales lady was personable, very kind and worked hard to get me a good deal. I called 2 days ago to ask if there was anything they could do due to the fact my check engine light has been on and off since 2 weeks after owning it. It's been a consistent miss in cylinder one. We changed the spark plug and the coil pack it fixed it for a bit but now the car that im offically making my FIRST payment on is going to a shop on Wednesday and is currently not being drivin. They lost my entire respect especially after the pathetic phone call of "uh sorry, you can bring it in if you want but we can't do anything" I will never tell anyone to shop here. Update: I was sold a car with a blown head. Lemme just pay another 1000 on a car a put my entire savings on

Like any other teenager, I got jealous when I saw other friends at school getting new cars; however that seemed so far out of my reach. But, Curt as soon as I walked into the dealership made me feel welcomed and listened. I didnt think trading my old car was an option with the dings on it, and the little bit of money I had for a down payment. I heard horror stories of what not to tell a car salesman and what to say, after feeling defeated, I broke all the rules people told me and became blatantly honest and told Curt that since I am 18 with no line of credit yet, that financing a car would be out of the option. Curt listened and made it possible for me to lease my dream car a 2023 Honda HRV and made the whole process so easy!

Tim Powell was SO GREAT when we came in to turn in our lease. Such a quick and painless process and he even lent me a phone charger when he noticed my phone was dying! I won't go anywhere else for a car!
