I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Previously gave excellent review and recommended Zanesville Honda. However, would not recommend this dealer and will never purchase another vehicle or have my 2 Hondas serviced here. Purchased used CRV in Winter 2022. The air conditioning is not working and was told they did a thorough vehicle inspection. Told by Tia, Sales Rep, that was sold "As is" and something could have changed with air since Winter... I understand buying "As is" but the air should have been checked and fixed prior to selling. I was told the veh was thoroughly inspected and they would make it right. Thankfully, I have financial means and competent mechanic to fix air compressor but will not recommend and bring my 2 Hondas here for maintenance. Also, I paid 88 dollars to have oil changed and they did not even reset oil life light. They also messed up my key faub, as it does not close tightly after picking up the CRV and will likely have to replace it. This experience reinforces why I rarely trust dealerships. Very disappointing. My family recommended this dealer as they have purchased vehicles here. I support local businesses but will not recommend, purchase, or have any of my Hondas serviced here. I only purchase Hondas and was planning to buy a new vehicle in the near future here. I have had much better experiences with Columbus dealerships. I erroneously assumed that a small town dealer would be more reputable. However. I was wrong.
