    Pool area and exercise room, non usable because AC broken. Hallway on first floor felt damp with musty smell. Juice machine in breakfast area broken. TV network directory , channel guide not in sync with TV.

    Bravo to anyone who has been able to get a response, or a any kind of reply from Comfort Xpress. I have been trying to get them to come out and service my hvac system for 3+ weeks. I’m not even sure they’re a legit company. I have been rejected by full voicemail boxes, I have left multiple messages with the receptionist and their “answering service”. I have given this company more than ample opportunity to earn a new customer and they have completely struck out. I’ve been told “someone will call you back in a few minutes”. Yet not one single call back. The least you could do Is educate someone within your company with the proper tools to gently pass on new customers. But again....swing and a miss. Thank you for setting the bar so low...so early. I’ll find another company who understands what professionalism is. I feel bad for anyone that thinks these guys have their back when they need them.

    I bought a house with a hot water boiler heating system. Before purchase (in August), Comfort Xpress did an inspection on the system for previous owner and said everything was working as it should. When winter came an entire zone of our house had no heat. A service technician came out, opened a spicket and drained all the water out of our system and then filled it back up. Still no heat and now no antifreeze in our system either. I got charged anyway. I asked about adding antifreeze back in and he said I needed to get a pump and do it myself. I was very displeased and the manager called me, they sent the same guy back out and he did the same thing as before but no new charge this time. Problem still not fixed but winter was almost over so we let it go. Never got the heat back to that zone. This winter we hired a competitor and he basically said Comfort Xpress caused us additional problems. They replaced a faulty bearing assembly and now we have heat at all radiators. I can't speak to any other service but I would avoid them for boiler work at all cost.
