        Likely broke our unit a few years ago when we contacted them to fix it. The guy was banging on the unit unnecessarily. Lost $200+ to them. Went with another company to fix what Ross ruined. I had previously posted a review here but I see it was taken down, so I’m posting a new one. Would never use this company again.

        I called on a Saturday and was not only given a quote over the phone, but Bob came the same day. He was straight forward and upfront about the problems, solutions, and pricing.

        Technician came the same day called. Diagnosed it was the circuit board. Basically good, but rude to my neighbor and daughter. Came back and fixed it 2 days later. Could not take a credit card. He did fix it. Owner came on a Sunday about 1 month later and tried to charge for work not done. Even complained that the tech billed me wrong when I showed him the invoice. Almost had to throw him out of my house. Fortunately there are other people in the a/c business...

        Our family and company have had all positive experiences hiring Ross Heating & Cooling for over 3 years. Bill Ross has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. I've never had Bill, nor anyone from Ross Heating & Cooling try to sell me on something I didn't need. They fixed what was needed and ALWAYS at great prices. I finally wrote this review after Bill saved us on Memorial Day weekend. Our AC unit went out and Bill was here right away on a Saturday evening to fix our AC and have us back to freezing in no time! Great company, great prices. I highly recommend them.
