It was time for us to replace our entire HVAC system so we got quotes from a few different companies. All quotes were comparable so it came down to the interactions with the companies themselves. Chris H from Custom Air came out to give us a quote. He was on time, took time to listen to what we were interested in, and also answered questions we had. He provided us with his cell number to call him directly with any follow up questions instead of calling back into the main company number. Chris H was very responsive to all questions and would provide quote updates within 30 minutes of requesting changes. Once we finalized on the quote installation was scheduled for the following week. Justin K, Ryan B, and Corey S arrived to remove the old system and install the new. They were on time, very professional, and kept the work site clean.
